Hot Hatha Flow

Restorative Yoga

SATTVA Yoga
SATTVA Yoga has a strong emphasis on inquiring into who we are and why we are here, facilitating this deeper understanding of self and how we connect to our environment around us. Hot Flow

Yin Yoga
A slow, soothing practice, experienced mainly while seated or lying down, to heal and re-invigorate the body. Through gentle, long-held stretches, we will will ease into the connective tissues/ligaments/fascia to slowly heal, nourish, and increase flexibility within our bodies.
Happy Hips
A flow style. This class combines the intensity of Yang Yoga and the passive deep stretching of Yin Yoga. Warm up with Yang and settle into total relaxation with Yin. Fall in love with this class while enjoying the health benefits of infrared heat.
Hot Powerflow
An upbeat, free flowing Hatha class focused on strength and endurance. Practiced at 37 degrees Celsius under a sky of infrared heating panels. This class is accessible to all but sure to get the heart pumping.
