ROXANNE
Instructor
Roxanne found her passion for yoga in 2006 after trying her very first class in a tiny little yoga studio. She can remember the feeling that left her wanting to know more and feel more of what yoga had to offer. She began to get physically stronger, her body as it was aging didn’t seem to feel as sore and then she noticed that she was changing. Roxanne felt happier, more content and forgiving of herself and others. Her practice flourished as she started trying many different forms of yoga in addition to reading why yoga was so beneficial to ones well being. In 2013, she finally decided to take her practice further and get her 200 hour teacher training. Leaving on a journey of self discovery, she found the perfect teachers and ashram to learn what she needed in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Roxanne's journey to learn and improve and accept her life is ever changing and ever growing. She plans to continue learning and growing her yoga career, setting up yoga retreats that allow everyone to feel safe, nurtured and most of all welcomed into this wonderful life.

JENNIE

Since being introduced to yoga almost ten years ago, Jennie immediately fell in love with the practice. Having struggled with anxiety and scoliosis she started to see the positive effects yoga made on her emotional and physical well being. There are so many benefits to yoga; she knew she needed to share this wisdom with others. Jennie completed her initial training with Moksha Yoga in Montreal 2010. Her love for balance drew her to Vancouver in 2013 where she completed her Yin Training with Bernie Clark. In 2014 she completed her Rocket Training with Michele Theoret and Rockne White in Leduc. Jennie likes to bring a sense of ease, fun, and relaxation to her classes while still challenging the student’s body and mind. Join her with a light heart and be ready to move, sweat, breathe and laugh!

TIFFANY

Tiffany found yoga three short years ago. She has kept up a very consistent practice ever since and was the youngest to graduate from her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in April of 2013. She got the very sweet and sincere privilege of learning from Ally Bogard and Jana Renee Roemer of Gaiatri. Her training also included many amazing guest teachers – Trisha Wilson, Kristin Campbell, Christine Price Clark, Meghan Currie and Ramesh Tarun Narine. She has been exposed to a variety of teaching styles, lessons and yoga practices. Tiffany likes to mix up all the teachings that ring true for her to make her classes unique and inspiring. Her yoga style is considered structured, yet she aims for a balance between playful and disciplined. She has a reputation for trying new transitions in and out of postures and is not a girl of routine! She teaches from a space of gratitude and will forever be a student. Her greatest wish is to inspire curiosity, vulnerability and self love in every soul she meets. Tiffany hopes to see you soon!
